1.5KW reduction motor:
①Three-phase 380V 1.5KW; worm gear reduction motor, speed ratio: 40:1, rated current 4.9A, feed delivery capacity ≥1.2T/h;
③Motor protection grade: IP55, insulation grade: F grade
④4 corners 350M.
Travel switch:
①The chain tension protection switch adopts mechanical self-locking roller type; the limit switch adopts Omron and other brands;
②The incoming line end of the range switch is equipped with a waterproof connector.
Box shell:
Curved design to prevent material accumulation, equipped with PC transparent observation cover; outdoor and equipped with fiberglass rainproof cover, thickness 2.5mm or more.
Main/driven wheel: made of integral cast aluminum or 304 stainless steel.
•Drive host, drive unit, feed line host, feeding line drive unit, racing plate drive host, feed line drive host, pig feed line.
•The sprocket is precision cast, with high strength and wear resistance. The main machine of the automatic feeding line is equipped with a safety protection device to provide power to drive the plug chain to drive the feed to circulate along the conveying pipe. With the help of the moving plug chain, the feed is transported to the quantitative bucket or trough.
